This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering value through technical solutions. Youll work closely with wholesale distributors installers and internal teams to support projects and build brand presence across the region. With a focus on collaboration long-term relationship management and localized sales strategy youll play a vital role in expanding Resideos footprint in the German market.
As a key face of Resideo in the field your work will directly impact revenue growth customer satisfaction and market penetration.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage and grow relationships with wholesale partners and key installer accounts.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and support major projects in the region.
- Represent Resideo at trade shows local events and customer training sessions.
- Deliver product presentations and technical workshops for distributors and end-users.
- Support regional sales campaigns and marketing initiatives in alignment with national strategy.
- Drive demand generation through Point-of-Sale (POS) initiatives and localized promotions.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams on inventory planning customer support and performance tracking.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Sales experience in a technical or B2B environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A confident customer-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM familiarity is a plus.
- Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
