Job Description
- Hires evaluates and supervises crew; provides guidance training sets performance standards reviews performance and makes compensation decisions.
- Ensures adequate development resources with product leaders and functional leads.
- Provides expert system analysis design development and implementation; integrates third-party products and ensures application performance.
- Identifies and approves technical solutions; resolves technical issues and performs root cause analysis.
- Shares best practices and maintains current IT knowledge mentors IT staff on new standards.
- Communicates with stakeholders on project issues; evaluates change requests and provides task and cost estimates.
- Reviews and approves documentation; writes technical standards and processes.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
- Participates in design code and test inspections; acts as a technical consultant and presents status at milestone reviews.

Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years related work experience with at least three years of development experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
