Job Description
Walter Hall Golf Courseis excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Food and Beverage Team Member. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Key Responsibilities of the F&B Team Member:
- Always maintain a professional appearance
- Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
- Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies including all glassware expendable paper and other supplies
- Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
- Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
- Operate Jonas guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure
- Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure the best customer service.
- Inspects the bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
- Prepares garnishes mixes and pre-mixed drinks
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively with peers management line and front-of-the-house employees
- Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely friendly and professional manner
- Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
- Demonstrating responsible cash-handling skills
- Prepares cooks and serves food menu options. Prior cooking experience is not required
- Understanding of safety sanitation and food handling procedures
- Maintaining a clean kitchen environment including cleaning of fryer and flattop
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Experience preferred but not required

- Pay ranges from $17-$18/hr plus tips
