ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYMatch has a 2025-2026 opening for an inclusion aide. The position is based at Match Community Day our PreK-5 elementary school located on 100 Poydras St. in Hyde Park. An inclusion aide supports the success of a Match student with disabilities. The aide will be expected to provide help with implementation of skills and goals in line with the students educational and therapeutic needs. Throughout the school day the aide will support the student during instructional times both in and out of the classroom and during lunch breaks and other non-instructional Inclusion Aide is an integral member of our school team and is a great opportunity for someone who relishes the idea of working with students with special needs. The inclusion aide role allows for the fostering of an inclusive community skill development social-emotional growth and the unique opportunity to support a Aides are responsible for developing deep relationships with students and leveraging those relationships to ensure that students are getting the support they need to meet their academic and personal is a full-time position. The annual salary starts at $52499 can be higher if the candidate has prior relevant experience.
