Job Location: Irvine California
Job Type: Full Time
Rate of Pay: $176134.00 - $217300.00 / per year
Job Duties: Build and maintain our Mainframe based Global ERP system providing technical application strategy and leadership in one or more areas. Responsible for designing and solving complex technical issues related to the resolution of business problems and opportunities. Design develop implement and maintain major and mission critical applications. Evaluate recommend and implement new technology. Provide technical expertise and act as a technical resource and mentor for the application development team. Design develop test debug and implement code to support existing ERP IMpulse system including interfaces with external applications including SAP modules. Responsible for identifying various technical/applications and analyzing alternatives clearly defining user specifications. Resolve technical issues and develop solutions for application programs. Work with functional department liaisons for key application area(s) to understand current processes and methodologies. Support and continually enhances online (CICS) and batch processes to improve systems performance and reduce downtime for batch processing.
Employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science Electronics Engineering Mathematics or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a software developer-related occupation.
