We are seeking a dedicated Service Owner AV Tech to take full ownership of our in-room entertainment digital signage and AV services across our 250 hotels.

This is a role where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring our systems are not just functional but truly elevate the guest journey and support our operational excellence.

What Youll Do:

You will be the go-to expert for our key guest-facing technologies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Service Ownership & Optimization: Take full accountability for the performance quality and continuous improvement of our In-Room Entertainment Digital Signage and AV services. Youll establish best practices for setup and rollout and drive ongoing optimization in close collaboration with partners.
• Strategic System Development: Align current service choices with our long-term vision exploring ways to optimize utilization and ensuring future systems are cloud-based. Youll advise on strategic implementations considering each hotels unique needs.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key technology vendors actively participating in contract negotiations to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Technical Advisor: Serve as an advisor for business and internal projects related to these systems ensuring implementation and seamless integrations.
• Support Escalation: Ensure the quality of our services. Act as a higher-level support resource for complex cases facilitating communication and collaboration between our support team and external providers.
• Performance Analysis & Improvement: Secure monitoring and Service Level Agreements analyzing service performance and translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hotels internal technology teams partners and vendors to ensure requirements are understood properly implemented and validated.
• Innovation & Opportunities: Identify new opportunities to enhance current services and proactively address future business needs.

Who You Are:

• You are a proactive structured and collaborative individual with a technical and business understanding.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Engineering Business Administration and Leadership or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience as a Service Owner Business Analyst or Product Owner in relevant fields
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills and a deep understanding of business processes.
• A strong ability to establish and maintain robust relationships.
• Great work capacity able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A structured approach to problem-solving coupled with strong people skills.
• Good understanding of English both written and oral.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Scrum is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Project Management is an advantage.
