Job Description
As a Project Manager in the Supply Chain division you will coordinate and implement end-to-end packing and transport solutions across several international manufacturing sites. You will lead the development of operational layouts packing flows and shipment plans supporting industrial programs.
Location: Kragujevac (with possible travels in Europe/North Africa)
Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing / International Logistics
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of packing areas equipment and associated plant flows up to container loading docks.
- Interpret technical drawings and layouts to ensure accurate packing process setup.
- Define and manage packing specifications for components and raw materials.
- Launch RFQs and award contracts to packing suppliers in coordination with purchasing.
- Build and execute packing and shipping plans:
- Define time windows and priorities for container loading
- Secure container availability
- Coordinate with operations logistics and production planning
- Oversee quality checks on parts prior to packing.
- Supervise physical packing activities on site.
- Act as the main interface between central functions plant teams and logistics providers.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience in the automotive industry with strong knowledge of supply chain and transport operations.
- Previous experience in packing flow optimization and international shipping projects.
- Ability to read and analyze industrial plans and layouts.
- Strong leadership in cross-functional project environments.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willing to travel across Europe and North Africa on a regular basis.
