The Opportunity
This is adeeply technical client-facing consulting rolefocused on implementing and optimizing Adobes cutting-edge marketing automation solutionsAdobe Campaign Classic (ACC)andAdobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)as part of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. Youll work at the intersection ofdata engineering full-stack development cloud architecture and digital marketing innovation helping global brands design and execute personalized scalable and intelligent customer journeys.
Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients to build robust data-driven marketing platforms that integrate seamlessly with Adobe Experience Cloud products likeAdobe Analytics Adobe Target Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and third-party systems viaSOAP/REST APIs ETL pipelines and middleware solutions.
What Youll Do
- Architect and implementend-to-end marketing automation solutions usingAdobe Campaign Classic Adobe Journey Optimizer and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
- Design and buildcustom workflows ETL processes and data schemasto support complex campaign logic and real-time personalization.
- Optimizedata pipelines and campaign execution performance ensuring scalability and low-latency processing across millions of customer records.
- Develop and maintaincustom web applications landing pages and micrositesusingJavaScript React HTML5 CSS3 and Adobes scripting capabilities.
- Buildautomation tools and utilitiesusingPython or Bashto streamline campaign operations QA and deployment processes.
- Conductperformance testing code profiling and optimizationto ensure high availability and responsiveness of marketing systems.
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with external systems usingSOAP APIs RESTful services and middleware platforms likeMuleSoft Apache Kafka or AWS Lambda.
- LeverageAWS services(S3 EC2 RDS Lambda CloudWatch) to build scalable cloud-native marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with Adobes internal engineering teams toprototype GenAI-powered toolsthat enhance campaign performance automate QA and optimize customer segmentation.
- Partner with clients to understand business goals and translate them intotechnical architecture data models and campaign logic.
- Providetechnical mentorshipto junior consultants and developers and contribute to Adobes internal knowledge base and reusable code libraries.
- Travel globally to meet clients conduct workshops and solve complex marketing challenges on-site.
What You Need to Succeed
- Strong programming experience inJavaScript ( React) Python Java or C#.
- Proficiency inSQLand experience working with large-scale relational databases (PostgreSQL Oracle SQL Server).
- Experience withSOAP and REST APIs including building and consuming services in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity withAdobe Campaign Classic (v7/v8) Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Experience inETL design optimization and performance tuningfor large-scale data processing.
- Proven ability to buildautomation toolsfor deployment monitoring and operational efficiency.
- Understanding ofweb technologies(HTML5 CSS3 DOM manipulation browser events).
- Exposure toAdobe Experience Cloudproducts likeAdobe Analytics Adobe Target AEP andAdobe Launchis a strong plus.
- Experience withCI/CD pipelinesGit andDevOps practices.
- Knowledge ofcloud platforms(AWS Azure GCP) and containerization tools likeDocker Kubernetesis a bonus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead small to mid-sized projects.
- Passion for solving real-world problems usingdata code and creativity.
