Youll have the incredible opportunity to lead broader strategic data and AI programs coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure impactful results for our valued clients. Your role is going to be amazing! Youll get to oversee the day-to-day execution of transformation projects while also deepening your own expertise and contributing to Rewires thought leadership in the industry.

Where youll make a difference
Lead a broader strategic data & AI program for one of our clients from vision to unlock value with AI typically across 13 workstreams
Drive analytical problem-solving data & AI solution integration and output quality within your workstreams leveraging both technology and business acumen to consistently connect business value with tech requirements through holistic thinking
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams guide (Senior) Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver impactful solutions
Coach & mentor team members creating opportunities for growth and learning within the team
Be a trusted partner to our clients manage the day-to-day relationship ensure a steady pace of work collaborate closely on-site to build strong relationships and transform insights into high-impact presentations
Shape the future of our data & AI practice by contributing to business development efforts identifying new opportunities for our clients supporting proposals and pitch presentations and advancing our methodologies thought leadership and intellectual property through innovative approaches

Job requirements
What makes you shine
Youre a sharp thinker a strong communicator and a collaborative leader with a passion for turning data into business value. Youll thrive with us if you bring:
5 years of relevant experience in consulting strategy or data/AI-driven environments with a proven track record in data management analytical value creation or data-powered business transformation
Confidence to lead client relationships and guide teams with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills from structured storylining to building trust across diverse cross-functional setups
Sharp analytical skills and a hands-on change-oriented approach you dont just analyze you make things happen
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset you connect the dots think in solutions and turn ideas into action
Driven by curiosity collaboration and growth you proactively learn empower others and foster a culture of shared success
A strong academic track record (STEM field preferred) and fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
Where youll work
We welcome applications from candidates based in or near our key locations Heidelberg Frankfurt Munich Cologne and Berlin. While our office is located in Heidelberg we also have team members based in the other cities to support local connection and exchange. When you are not working onsite with a client you are warmly welcome to work from our office or from home.
