You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a skilled and driven Automation & Customer Support Engineer to join our team and support the operation maintenance and continuous improvement of Colorbiotics equipment in the field. This hands-on role is critical in ensuring our machines are reliable safe and functioning at optimal performance levels. Youll serve as both a technical expert and a customer-facing representative with responsibilities ranging from installation and troubleshooting to providing valuable feedback for product development.

Note: While this is a remote position candidates must reside (or relocate) in the East Coast regionpreferably in North Carolina and be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
