Maintenance Technician $25$30/hr Generous Benefits On-Site Bellevue WA
Were hiring a skilledMaintenance Technicianto support our growing portfolio of apartment communities in theBellevue WAarea. This is anon-site full-time position ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys working independently traveling between properties (from Everett to Tukwila) and keeping things running smoothly.
What Youll Do:
- Travel between properties to complete work orders and routine maintenance
- Tackle repairs in plumbing electrical HVAC appliances carpentry painting and more
- Handle unit turns (make-readies) including deep cleaning and repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on units and common areas
- Keep detailed records of work performed in AppFolio
- Communicate regularly with property managers and office staff
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What You Bring:
- 510 years of hands-on experience in residential or multifamily maintenance
- Strong skills in HVAC plumbing electrical appliance repair and general construction
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (truck/SUV preferred mileage reimbursed)
- Comfort using mobile work order systems (AppFolio experience a plus)
- Excellent time management communication and customer service skills
Pay & Perks:
- $25$30 per hour based on experience
- Schedule is M-F 8am-5pm although will be on-call one weekend a month and a few evenings
