Job Description
- During your internship you will analyze data sets (e.g. point-of-sale and pricing data) to assess quality and suitability for demand forecasting.
- You will prepare and clean data for use in forecasting models (using tools such as Python Excel SQL).
- You will support us in testing and evaluating different demand forecasting models.
- Last but not least you will create reports and dashboards to compare model performance using PowerBI.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics Industrial Engineering Data Science or comparable with a focus on data analysis and programming
- Experience and Knowledge: first experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. SQL Power BI Tableau); programming skills ideally in Python; basic knowledge of machine learning models or time series forecasting is a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: proactive curious and analytical person who enjoy working independently and as part of a team
- Languages: very good in English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
