Job Description
We are expanding our CliniMACS Team to accelerate the development of clinical devices like the CliniMACS Prodigy and the CliniMACS Plus by establishing a new group focused on the development of single use accessories biological applications and support of life cycle management activities.
- Your main tasks will include the development and adaptation of single use accessories for the CliniMACS Prodigy and CliniMACS Plus systems.
- As the group leader you will take on both technical and disciplinary leadership responsibilities for a dedicated team.
- You will be responsible for designing and testing generic application processes and evaluating disposables in a biological context.
- Additionally you will support lifecycle management activities for disposables ensuring their continued biological performance and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Biotechnology Biology Biomedical Engineering or Bioprocess Engineering combined with several years of relevant professional experience
- Proven leadership experience either in a disciplinary or technical role
- Strong background in bioprocess development or in designing single-use technologies for clinical or medical applications ideally in the context of manufacturing processes for cell therapies
- Solid knowledge of DIN EN ISO 13485
- Fluency in English German language skills are a plus
