As a General Warehouse Inventory Control Associate you will be supporting our operation cross functionally partnering with Operations Customer Service Sales and Demand Planning to accurately track and process customer returns warranty claims quality inspections and product placement and movement throughout our warehouse. As a valued member of the operations team your contribution to the product slotting and organization of items by category to facilitate timely and accurate picking will be crucial to the overall teams success.
This role requires on site presence working out of our Mississauga facilities Monday Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Responsibilities and work requirements:
- Follow all Health and Safety policies
- Participate in 6S organization cleanliness and safety initiatives daily
- Use RF equipment and computer equipment to navigate workflows to receive and move inventory throughout the warehouse
- Track and process customer returns and product returns
- Inspect product for quality assurance and validate system setup
- Rework products for return to inventory
- Perform physical and systematic cycle counts
- Conduct inventory adjustments with the necessary authorization
- Satisfy the daily weekly monthly quarterly and yearly individual safety accuracy and productivity metrics
- Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials throughout the facility in to and out of racking structure
- Perform daily safely inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks
- Communicate and report any incidents or near misses to leader
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Cross-train in other areas of the warehouse as needed to support team functions
- Complete general tasks and duties as assigned by leader
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year experience working in a Distribution or Fulfillment warehouse
- Experienced with WMS systems in an RF environment
- Team player with a customer service mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solver with good math skills that can self manage assigned work safely accurately and efficiently
- Strong listening skills with ability to follow instructions
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to use our BOSCH Group portals (training provided).
- Highly motivated to potentially assist in other warehouse operations and go above and beyond in daily tasks
- A valid MHE certification for counterbalance and reach forklifts would be an asset but not a requirement

Physical Requirements:
- Lift lower squat push pull items and materials of various sizes up to and including 50 lbs.
- Walk and Stand for prolonged periods of time on concrete floor
