Job Description
As an assistant in the Marketing Department in Mechelen you will be in charge of:
- Social media planning Bosch & Buderus
- Follow up shared mailboxes Bosch & Buderus
- Ad hoc graphic work (Indesign & Photoshop)
- Ad hoc website adaptations (in First Spirit)
- Support in sending mailings via Optimizely for Bosch & Buderus
- Updating Partner Portal Shop
You will also give support in graphic work and proofread and translate texts in/to French.
Qualifications :
- You are currently a student in Marketing Business Communication or a similar field and you are interested in content creation.
- You have preferably gained some practical experience and you are confident in working with MS Office. Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Indesign is an asset.
- You have excellent writing skills and you are able to work in a team. Furthermore you are creative very well-organised and flexible and you can work independently and efficiently on a tight deadline.
- As a website Content Management System we work with First Spirit and as a mailing system we use Optimizely from EpiServer. Knowledge of these systems is a plus but can be gained during the internship as well.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Dutch is an asset.
Additional Information :
If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of 105600/month.
- If you want to apply for a voluntary internship you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.
- In case that you need to do a mandatory internship your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
