As an F&B Supervisor you deliver top-notch food and beverage service ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests. Your attention to detail and friendly approach help create an energetic atmosphere. Join us in bringing energy and excellence to our events!
The Position:
- Coordinate daily operations and team rosters for the front of house team.
- Oversee a variety of duties in the new function centre to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead the team to deliver high-quality exceptional customer service.
- Foster team commitment cooperation and performance.
- Manage guest grievances and assist with ordering as needed covering day and evening shifts.
The Person:
- Approved Managers Card
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in a similar role.
- Flexible and available to work various shifts including late nights weekends and holidays.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service products and safety standards.
- Well-groomed professional appearance and committed to infection control principles.
- Willingness to obtain an approved Managers card and a National Police Check.
