At ISR (Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance) Systems we are world leaders in high altitude electro-optical infrared multi-spectral imaging sensors and ground support systems employed by the U.S. and foreign military in time critical intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance operations. The ISR Systems team is looking for a talented Test & Validation Engineer (P2) to support Integration & Test activities.
What You Will Do
Support mechanical electrical assembly and test.
Operate complex systems in lab and field environment.
30% required travel both domestic & international to world-wide field sites to maintain electro-optical infrared and multi-spectral imaging sensors.
Working in a team with experienced individuals willing to assist in the individuals development.
This 1st shift role will be 100% on-site and based in Westford MA.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint).
Experience working in a team environment.
Experience analyzing test data (i.e. formulating test reports determining hardware specifications etc.).
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Active Secret security clearance.
Experience reading & interpreting schematic diagrams and technical descriptions of the systems.
Experience with avionic system maintenance.
Experience working in a team environment within the defense industry.
Experience using general and specialized test equipment to check-out and troubleshoot systems.
Experience with Linux / Unix software and/or programming languages.
Hands-on mechanical skillset.
Ability to adjust to changes in plans design specifications and/or unforeseen circumstances in dynamic engineering projects.

DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website here: salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
