Were looking for a Senior UX Designer to help define and grow our mobile app experience. Our core consumer team consisting of product managers engineers and UX designers works on key features for eeros bar-raising software products. You will have a significant impact on our business as you lead define and drive UX for eeros mobile app. You will influence technical design and product direction. Along the way youll have the opportunity to do end-to-end customer-obsessed product design from early-stage research to high-fidelity prototyping. You must be a collaborator and strategic thinker as you will be working side by side with other functions to bring your designs to life. As a design leader youll advise and mentor other designers.
Key job responsibilities
- Work autonomously while balancing design quality within technical constraints and business requirements
- Engage with our partner and end users a to understand their needs and design experiences that guide them through onboarding education troubleshooting and understanding eero products and services
- Use customer research wire-framing rapid prototyping and usability testing to invent and validate designs
- Consume improve and contribute to the eero design library; develop and maintain design documentation for shared patterns and components.
- Influence and collaborate with stakeholders from Product Engineering Customer Experience Brand and Marketing
- Work closely with other designers to gather feedback build consistency and critique each others designs; encourage team members to learn and grow skills

Youre busy finding ways to invent or improve design standards and best practices for the team.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
