This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday 8:00 AM -4:30 PM. This is a hybrid position when in the office you will work at 7974 UW Health Ct. in Middleton WI. Qualified candidates should expect to work onsite approximately two times per month; however it could be more based on department needs.

We are seeking a Supervisor - Claims and Provider Enrollment to:
- Plan direct coordinate and control the operations and activities of Provider Enrollment.
- Ensure group and provider enrollment for UW Hospitals and Clinics UW Medical Foundation UW Systems and other affiliated UW Health entities and providers.
- Coordinate with IS resources to resolve problems and coordinate activities for areas including but not limited to claim edits claim definition files paper and electronic form output and claims.

Qualifications
- Associates Degree in business healthcare administration or related field Required
- Two (2) years of experience in business healthcare administration or healthcare revenue cycle may be considered in lieu of the associate degree in addition to the experience below.
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in a business healthcare administration or related major Preferred
Work Experience
- 3 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle or at least 1 year of related experience in a leadership role. Required
- 3 years management experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations for a large complex health care environment including experience in an academic medical center. Preferred
