PSD Field Service Technician - Power Systems Division
Holt CAT is the largest Caterpillar dealership of heavy equipment in the United States. We have a full-time PSD Field Service Technician position available at our Edinburg Victoria or Corpus Christi Texas location. The hours of the position are Monday-Friday from 7 AM - 4 PM occasional weekends. Must be on-call two weeks out of the month. Some daily travel will be required within a 150-mile radius.
Job Description :
This position is responsible for providing troubleshooting and high-quality repair service on gas and diesel engines to respond to customer needs in a positive safe and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed.
Qualifications:
A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:
- At least 2 years of field or shop service tech troubleshooting and repair skills of Gas and Diesel Engine experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally with customers and employees in a professional manner.
- Must have own tools.
- Must have a valid drivers license and a safe driving record
- Ability to be productive by working efficiently and effectively with a high energy level.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 7 am to 4 pm occasional Saturdays and must be able to be on call.
- Need a clean and valid drivers license.
