As a Vice President-Senior Data Use Council Case Manager in the HR Data Risk Management Team you will guide and support HR partners and cross-functional teams in developing data use cases. You will ensure these use cases align with firm-wide policies and local laws collaborating closely with control functions to manage data-related risks effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to HR partners and cross-functional teams in developing and implementing data use cases.
- Evaluate data use cases to ensure alignment with firm-wide policies standards and local laws identifying potential risks and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with control functions including Regulatory Compliance Legal and Internal Audit to ensure data use cases meet all necessary legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver training sessions workshops and learning materials to enhance the capability of teams in creating effective data use cases.
- Guide and manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear communication and updates on data use case objectives and compliance standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data use cases including evaluation criteria compliance checks and decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification in the development and evaluation of data use cases.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- 5 years of experience in data analytics compliance controls or a related field with a focus on data compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess data use cases from multiple perspectives.
- Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and drive alignment on compliance and risk management objectives.
- Experience in training and mentoring teams.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Data Privacy experience is a plus.
