Job Description
- Be part of our international Talent Acquisition Team and work on recruitment projects to find the best talents for the AUTO1 Group
- Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs by building long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for our various departments
- Take on research projects and find innovative ways to attract and find candidates
- Bring in your ideas proactively and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends
Qualifications :
- You are a student with a strong academic background in Business Administration Human Resources Economics Project Management or in another relevant field
- First experience in talent acquisition start-up enviornment an affinity for entrepreneurship and/or the automotive industry are preferable
- Excellent organizational skills paired with good knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and a curious & problem-solving mindset
- You speak Dutch and English fluently
- Comfortable communication skills (you are not afraid to get on the call with the candidates and keep up relationships with stakeholders)
- You have analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
