A business or accounting degree is preferred and previous sales experience is a plus! The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail accuracy adaptable communication ease with technology self-management ect.
Assisting the F&I department needs such preparation and closing of deals. Primary responsibility will be breaking down deals and scanning data into our DMS system after the deal has left the front sales desk. Information will be loaded and properly checked before passing the deal into F&I.
After contracting responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Gathering of information/forms
Breakdown of the deal
Communicating with Finance Managers regarding deals
Communicating with various lenders to gets loans/leases funded in a timely manner
Handling contracts in transit (CIT)
Scanning deal into deal jacket and DSDA
Submitting contracts for funding
Creating and posting deposit for all checks
Processing warranty cancellations
Other duties that will help proficiency in the F&I department
Requirements:
Proficiency in operating a PC
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication in both verbal and written
Ability to work independently if necessary
Must be self-motivated and present a great attitude with a high-energy personality
Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year
Compensation:
$21 per hour a possible $500 commission!
Schedule:
This is a full-time position
Monday throughFriday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
