Job Description

This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mooresville NC (3 days in office per week).

The Junior Key Account Manager (Jr. KAM) is responsible for supporting the management of key client accounts to ensure strong and lasting relationships. The Jr. KAM will assist in executing strategic plans tracking performance resolving client issues and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow in B2B sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations for key accounts.
  2. Support senior account managers with strategic account planning.
  3. Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations and delivery timelines.
  4. Monitor sales performance generate reports and analyze account metrics.
  5. Respond to client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  7. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within assigned accounts.
  8. Help identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  9. Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.

Qualifications :

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  2. 12 years of experience in sales account management or customer service (internships included).
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.

Analytics driven utilizing analytics to make critical business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with key accounts or in a B2B sales environment.
  2. Knowledge of the industry or market sector relevant to the company.
  3. Familiarity with data analysis tools or reporting platforms.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85000 to $95000. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc. Pay ranges included in the postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus commission or additional benefits.
