Our aim is to constantly improve our disputes and chargeback operations supporting Wise mission while offering the best possible experience to our customers.
Within this team the Card Dispute Tooling Senior Specialist plays a crucial role in managing internal tooling system configuration and supporting solution design. This position is key to ensuring our tools are performing optimally driving process improvements through technology and collaborating across teams to innovate.
