About the Role:

As a Breakfast Chef at Cairn Group youll lead the morning brigade with energy skill and a passion for delivering the perfect start to our guests day.

With a focus on fresh high-quality food youll take ownership of breakfast service and support lunch or conference catering when needed. Youll set the tone for the kitchen each dayensuring standards are high food is prepared with care and operations run like clockwork.

Youll play a key role in managing kitchen safety hygiene and stock control while helping to train and motivate the team to exceed expectations. Your professional approach and attention to detail will help create a seamless guest experience from the first bite to the last.
