How youll be contributing to Accurx as a Senior BI Analyst

Our Business Intelligence (BI) team is at the forefront of this shift. Were moving beyond static dashboards to build narratives that drive action delivering predictive insights and meaningful stories that resonate with everyone from NHS leaders to frontline clinicians.
As a Senior BI Analyst youll play a pivotal role in this transformation. Youll:
Lead on self-serve analytics and empower others to do the same.
Bring data into the heart of how we go to market and grow.
Build data fluency across the organisation so that every team can make smarter faster decisions.

Your day-to-day tasks should you choose to accept this mission
Use your analytical skills to uncover trends build dashboards and tell data stories that shape our product and go-to-market decisions.
Work closely with Product Customer and GTM teams to ensure data is driving meaningful conversations and smarter choices.
Help teams define and track key metrics and support colleagues to become confident independent users of our BI tools.
Maintain high standards for data quality governance and documentation so that everyone can trust the numbers.
Partner with Data Engineering to create well-structured data models that power fast reliable reporting.
Mentor analysts share best practices and be an active part of a collaborative and curious data community.

Experience building end-to-end BI solutions ideally in healthcare tech or other complex environments
Confident using tools like Power BI SQL and DAX with a solid grasp of data modelling best practices
Strong at turning data into clear engaging stories that land with a range of audiences
Comfortable working with business metrics that link to customer and user outcomes
Skilled at making complex data feel accessible whether youre talking to technical or non-technical teams
Passionate about helping others use data and driving self-serve across a business
Aware of how to handle sensitive data responsibly with a strong understanding of PII security and governance best practices
