YOUR PROFILE
People Skills with a Paper Trail:Youve got a degree (bonus points for HR focus!) or solid training plus hands-on experience in the world of recruiting you know your stuff and youve lived it.
Full-Cycle Hiring Hero:Youve steered the whole recruiting ride from first contact to signed contract ideally also in production or blue-collar settings. You own the process start to finish.
Sourcing Ninja Interview Ace:You know how to find great people ask the right questions and use the right tools to back it all up with data as your co-pilot.
