- Full time 76 hours per fortnight located in Perth city.
- Salary: $140000 p/a super

HOPE has been a provider of community services in Western Australia for over 120 years providing much needed support for people in the areas of alcohol and other drugs mental health justice and family and domestic violence.
About the Opportunity
The Contracts team manages contracts for the delivery of services to clients. The contracts team is responsible for the development and application of a program contracting framework policies and procedures and strategies that ensure the optimal delivery of program services to HOPE clients.
The team is located in Perth.
A centralised contract management function ensures:
- Optimal advantage is taken of contract opportunities as they arise
- Consistent application of contracting best practice across HOPE operations
- Optimal efficiency of contract administration
- Compliance to contractual obligations and requirements
- Contract disputes are most likely to be resolved optimally for HOPE and HOPEs clients.
The Contracts team:
- Negotiates the attainment and continuation of contract opportunities.
- Ensures effective management and administration of those contracts through technical expertise and effective relationship management.
- Supports managers in the fulfillment of their contract obligations.
Supports managers to ensure service partners are delivering on their contract obligations.
This position manages contracts for the delivery of services to clients. The Manager Contracts is responsible for the development and application of a program contracting framework policies and procedures and strategies that ensure the optimal delivery of program services to HOPE clients.
About you:
- Degree in commerce business law business or similar.
- 5-years experience in community service sector and contract management.
- Demonstrated experience in contract review negotiation preparation and administration.
Desirable criteria:
- Progress towards or attainment of a higher degree in Degree in commerce business law business or similar.
- Experience in the community services sector.
Appointments will be subject to Australian residency/visa satisfactory National Police check (within 3 months) Working With Children card Current C or A class drivers license First Aid Certificate and suitable work referees.
