What We Are Looking For
- Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Someone with a minimum of 7 years of field construction experience or 3 years as a Planning Project Lead
- Someone that demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and development
- Someone with effective organizational skills and efficient multitasking
- Someone with experience in Bluebeam Primavera and Navisworks
- Someone with solid understanding of financials proficient in developing and managing budgets
- Someone with proven proficiency in interpreting contract documents comprehending project schedules and understanding 3D coordination
- Someone that understands the constructability of electrical systems emphasizing efficient resolution of construction-related matters
- Someone skilled in analyzing project risks efficiently resolving associated issues and conflicts
- Someone who is willing to visit jobsites on an as needed basis visit technical schools colleges and universities occasionally attend off site meetings and training events
