Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for gathering analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments within the company to identify key performance indicators develop reports and dashboards and provide strategic insights to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends patterns and insights
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize business processes
- Create and maintain data models to support business analysis
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field
- 2 years of experience in business intelligence data analysis or a similar role
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus
