HireNow Staffing is looking for a go-getter with strong roots in the real estate or title industry to take on a Title Sales Representative role based in Melbourne FL. This is a relationship-first role where your network communication skills and hustle will drive your success. If youre licensed or bring a strong local book of business we want to hear from you.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk sales job. Youll be out in the field visiting real estate offices showing up to closings attending networking events and making your presence known in the community. A confident communicator whose social media savvy and can close a deal without a hard pitch will thrive here.
What Youll Do:
Grow & Maintain Business
Build long-lasting relationships with real estate agents brokers lenders and investors.
Identify new sales opportunities at open houses meetups and industry events.
Engage prospects through social media personalized outreach and follow-ups.
Represent the Brand
Promote title services through in-person visits coffee/lunch meetings and presentations.
Highlight seamless closing processes and company perks using co-branded materials.
Support digital marketing efforts by posting educational and promotional content.
Keep Clients in the Loop
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal title staff during active deals.
Communicate proactively to resolve issues before they delay closings.
Provide support during critical deal moments and ensure a smooth experience.
Track Performance
Log appointments activity and closed deals in CRM software.
Generate reports and offer insights into client engagement and pipeline health.
Stay Ahead of the Market
Keep up with local competitors real estate trends and legislative changes.
Attend professional development events workshops and industry trainings.
Must-Haves:
Active Title License or a strong local real estate-related book of business.
Proven sales experience in title mortgage or real estate industries.
Lives near Melbourne FL and can be in the office at least once per week.
Comfortable with fieldwork and face-to-face client engagement.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working closely with REALTORS lenders or attorneys.
Fluency across social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook).
Prior use of CRM tools or basic digital marketing platforms.
Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary starting at $35000 (depending on experience/book of business)
12% Commission on Closed File Revenue (Uncapped)
