Location: Louisville KY
Shift: Afternoons (Friday - Sunday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00/hour (shift differential available)
On-Call Requirements: Yes - discussed during interview
Weekend Requirements: Based on case load; qualifies as overtime if applicable
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking qualified and motivated Radiologic Technologists to join our mobile imaging team. This role involves providing high-quality X-ray and EKG (if applicable) services to a variety of patient populations including those in skilled nursing facilities correctional institutions and home health environments. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced independent work setting with strong communication and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to obtain clinically diagnostic X-ray images.
- Deliver mobile radiology services to patients at various locations including skilled nursing facilities correctional institutions and homes.
- Perform and transmit EKGs to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required).
- Accurately scan and submit all paperwork and billing documents daily.
- Maintain regular communication with dispatch peers and supervisory staff.
- Ensure all X-ray equipment and company vehicle are maintained in proper working order.
- Uphold professional and respectful interactions with patients clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification/license as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Kentucky.
- ARRT Certification (or eligibility).
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
