Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex multi-product software solutions across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Manage software stabilization cycles ensuring timely resolution of defects and delivery of high-quality releases.
• Act as the primary customer-facing focal point for project planning escalations issue resolution and evolving business needs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Management Engineering QA Support and Sales.
• Coordinate with offshore teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts to ensure alignment and delivery consistency.
• Proactively identify risks develop mitigation plans and drive resolution of issues to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
• Deliver clear and consistent communication to both internal and external stakeholders including executive-level reporting.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project management best practices tools and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams teams and stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Experience in leading global cross-functional teams and working across time zones.
• Strong understanding of software development and release management lifecycles.
• Exceptional communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and confidence.
• U.S.-based with ability to support customers in North America; willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the retail technology or PoS (Point of Sale) domain.
• PMP Scrum Master or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence MS Project Smartsheet or similar project management platforms.
