As a Cook 3 your compensation will be $33.08 per hour.
Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
You will be responsible for cooking while considering portion control to ensure consistency during their day. In addition they will wash cut and season in preparation for cooking. This will also include plating and garnishing with all dishes to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. Our Cook 3s wash and sanitize the kitchen to prepare for the next shifts and keep to the Food and Health Safety standards to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Youll also have special requests sometimes from our guests involving dietary restrictions allergies and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Cook 3s.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend stoop crouch use hand finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee occasionally works in a very warm environment so must be able to withstand all weather conditions.
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry employees are required to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.

You have a talent for preparing and caring for every detail in our sophisticated kitchen and hotel.
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
Attention to detail is critical for this role.
Our hotels operate nonstop this requires flexibility from everyone on the team.
Previous luxury culinary experience or culinary schooling is preferred but not required.
