Job Description
Salary: 32490 per annum pro-rata to hours worked plus 7.5% shift allowance
Grade: D
Permanent Contract
We are seeking an exceptional engaging and committed individual to join us as a Careline Alarm Warden. This role is an interesting and exciting opportunity to work as part of a team you will support vulnerable service users within the borough whether this is by providing support on the phone driving to the residents property to assist with an accident or injury liaising with family members contacting emergency services or other professionals or taking emergency calls for our out of hours service such as social services emergency planning or highways.
You will need to have excellent communication skills ICT skills to log jobs and the ability to work on your own initiative to prioritise tasks and calls whilst remaining calm and professional.

The Careline operates 365 days of the year 24 hours a day so flexibility to work days nights weekends and bank holidays are essential.
This vacancy is for a Saturday day shift working from 6.50am to 19.10pm.
An Enhanced DBS check with Adults Barred List is required for this role as is a full manual driving licence and a good knowledge of the local area.
