Voici comment:
En tant que conseiller en intervention post-traumatique vous offrirez des interventions post-traumatiques de groupe chez les clients employeurs de TELUS Sant de votre rgion selon les besoins. Vous travaillerez en tant que fournisseur indpendant selon votre disponibilit.
Comment vous ferez une diffrence :
Vous vous rendrez chez nos clients employeurs pour offrir de lintervention post-traumatique de groupe leurs employs suite un incident critique;
Vous rpondrez aux besoins administratifs du dpartement des Incidents Critiques de TELUS Sant.
Vous possdez:
Vous dtenez une matrise en psychologie travail social ou un domaine connexe;
Vous tes membre en rgle de lOPQ lOTSTCFQ ou lOPPQ;
Vous dtenez une assurance responsabilit professionnelle valide;
Vous avez de lexprience en intervention post-traumatique de groupe et/ou de lexprience en animation de groupes thrapeutiques;
Vous pouvez faire preuve de flexibilit dans votre rponse aux besoins des clients.
