Job Summary:

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks individuals with demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive learning and working environment. We value the ability to engage effectively with students faculty and staff of diverse backgrounds.

The Division of Cardiology at the University of Colorado is recruiting an Adult (or Adult/Gero) Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care to patients on a non-teaching cardiology service. The patients included will typically be post-procedural or short planned admissions. This includes patients undergoing ablations pacemaker and ICD implantations TAVR MitraClip Watchman device implantation and Tikosyn admits. There will also be a component of general cardiology consults included. This position will involve primarily inpatient with some possibilities for ambulatory management of these patients as part of a multi- disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general cardiology with some exposure to cardiac procedures.

This position is directly supervised by the Lead APP for Cardiology Platinum Section Head for Advanced Practice and Division Chief

Anticipated Pay Range:

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:

$90000 to $125000

The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
