We are looking for a motivated and principled chiropractor to join our practice full time in Thornton CO. Duties:
- Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history focused physical exam review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis 1-1 Patient Report of Finding treatment plan options pre and post treatment care lifestyle modifications take-home stretches and exercises and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments spinal decompression shockwave or regenerative protocols (training provided if needed)
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Co-manage acute or chronic cases with rehab decompression or adjunctive therapies as applicable
- Participate in daily huddles weekly team trainings and practice-wide events
- Communicate clearly with CAs techs and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Support patient retention through genuine relationships and excellent care delivery
- Actively track and respond to clinical and operational KPIs (patient retention visit averages care plan conversions re-exam outcomes). Collaborate with leadership to continually improve individual performance team efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Lead patient education workshops dinner talks or internal/external wellness events
- Engage in case reviews functional medicine integration or mentorship of new team members
- Contribute to the clinics clinical innovation research projects or continuing education
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Chiropractic license in CO
- Spanish speaking a plus!
