The Branch Manager Trainee is an entry-level leadership role designed to prepare individuals for future branch management responsibilities. During the training period the trainee will learn about all aspects of branch operations including sales customer service team leadership compliance and performance management to effectively run a branch upon program completion.
Participate in a structured training program covering all branch functions.
Assist with daily operations including customer service sales cash handling and reporting.
Learn and support branch administrative tasks including scheduling inventory and record keeping.
Shadow branch leadership to understand management responsibilities and decision-making.
Help implement marketing initiatives and meet sales goals.
Understand and comply with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Develop leadership communication and problem-solving skills through real-world practice.
Participate in performance reviews training assessments and regular progress evaluations.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare to assume the role of Branch Manager upon successful completion of the training period.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Finance or a related field.
02 years of experience in sales customer service or administrative roles (internships count).
Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Customer-focused with a strong sense of accountability.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel to different branch locations as needed.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with business management tools/software.
Office or branch-based environment with possible rotation across locations.
Requires flexibility in schedule during training assignments.
May involve standing for extended periods and occasional local travel.
