Job Description
XAD Technologies is a leading provider of IT Networks Telecommunication Solutions and a variety of other services including Security Solutions Managed Services and HR Outsourcing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for XAD Technologies in Pakistan
- Lead and manage a team of sales engineering and support personnel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Oversee all aspects of the business in Pakistan including sales operations and finance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve results
- Strong understanding of the Pakistani IT and Telecom market
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a company in Pakistan
- Experience working with government agencies
