Position: German-speaking Business Developer

We are currently looking for a German-speaking Business Developer to join our growing team in Barcelona. You will be responsible for overseeing client relationships identifying new commercial opportunities and ensuring that project objectives are met with precision and creativity. Core Responsibilities

  • Client Management & Relationship Building: You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients building trust-based relationships that foster satisfaction and loyalty. In this role you will act as a strategic advisor understanding client goals and aligning our solutions to their specific business needs. You will maintain consistent and clear communication with both clients and our internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Business Development & Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for expanding our services within existing accounts and promote innovative solutions. Conduct market research to stay informed about client industries and trends allowing you to position our solutions effectively. You will also help plan and execute account strategies designed to maximize revenue and client success.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle making sure that deadlines budgets and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will coordinate with various internal teamsincluding Sales Marketing and Technical departmentsto deliver top-tier solutions. You will also track KPIs and key deliverables to guarantee outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign and project data to provide clients with actionable insights and suggestions for improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
  • Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Proactively address client issues and operational challenges ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively. You will mediate between client expectations and internal capabilities always working toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and improve processes. You will also have the chance to mentor junior team members and help build a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Language Skills: You will communicate fluently and professionally in German with clients and internal teams while using English for internal reporting and team collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in German (C2 level is mandatory) and proficient in English (at least B2 level).
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Previous experience in business development account management or client relations is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Google or other major tech companies is a significant asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a strong focus on the client.
  • Highly organized and skilled at multitasking comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into strategic insights.
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing or e-commerce industries is a plus.
  • Self-motivated flexible and eager to excel in a fast-paced hybrid work setting.
