5 years experience in software engineering preferably building customer-facing products in agile cross functional experience with modern development practices; strong technical design coding and testing experience or strong curiosity in leveraging AI tools platforms and agentic AI (software agents LLMs or workflow automation).Proven ability to provide technical thought leadership: influencing engineering culture evaluating and introducing new technologies and guiding team full-cycle engineering experience: ideation design hands-on implementation testing release and support/maintenance.A track record of thriving in empowered teams with high ownership and communication skills: able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical partners and bring stakeholders along in the -focused: You take pride in shipping well-tested robust maintainable software.
