Job Description

If youre looking to grow and be inspired as an Account Manager in Malaga (On Site) you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech finance travel fashion healthcare and more.

What you will do in this role

As an Account Manager on our team you will:

- Have full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients with clear focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategy
- Identify client needs with products and services and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement
- Proactively manage an effective pipeline identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets
- Consistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities e.g. self-generated client referrals subsidiaries or sister companies
- Ensuring premium value is delivered aligned with clients goals delivering a positive customer experience and achieves customer advocacy.

Your qualifications

- Are proficient or bilingual in German plus advanced English
- Have a background working for/in the German Market
- Are self-driven and results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals
- Have a challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities
- Are a natural forward planner who is highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process
- Can work independently whilst also collaborating with team members to maximize individual and company performance
- Have exceptional communication skills ability to speak confidently with senior executives capacity to influence decision-makers
- Can quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each clients needs to drive results and identify new business opportunities
- Have strong negotiation skills and consultative sales skills

- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Mon to Fri 9 to 18 hs
- Salary 20.480 euros gross/year up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus
