Principales responsabilits
- Vrifier les dtails propres aux projets en utilisant diverses sources de donnes et identifier les clients potentiels.
- Prendre des mesures proactives pour joindre les clients potentiels par appels froid et courriels.
- Contribuer llaboration dun plan de march pour les clients locaux et mettre jour les indicateurs dans les rapports de ventes mensuels.
- Soutenir la cration doccasions daffaires auprs des clients locaux.
- Effectuer des recherches pour rester jour sur les tendances du march les nouveaux projets et les marchs mergents.
- Avoir de lexprience avec les plateformes CRM pour suivre les interactions clients et grer les opportunits.
- Filtrer et distribuer les pistes (leads) aux directeurs de succursale et reprsentants des ventes concerns.
- Utiliser de faon proactive les bases de donnes disponibles pour effectuer des recherches sur les projets et les clients.
- Possder de solides comptences en rsolution de problmes afin de rpondre aux besoins des clients et proposer des solutions sur mesure.
Qualifications
- Diplme de 4 ans dans une discipline technique ou commerciale (prfr) ou de 2 4 ans dexprience pertinente en vente en remplacement dun diplme.
- Intrt marqu pour lanalyse de march et curiosit envers les tendances et dynamiques du secteur.
- Capacit travailler de faon autonome tout en collaborant sous la supervision de lquipe de direction des ventes.
- Volont dapprendre les stratgies de dveloppement des affaires et de contribuer leur mise en uvre.
- Matrise intermdiaire de la suite MS Office notamment Excel Word et PowerPoint.
- laise avec la prospection et les contacts clients pour attirer de nouveaux clients et favoriser un engagement efficace.
- Solides comptences en analyse et en rsolution de problmes.
- Excellente matrise du franais et de langlais tant loral qu lcrit.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication (orale et crite) et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Bonnes comptences en coute active et en prsentation.
- Capacit grer plusieurs priorits dans un environnement en constante volution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop lead and execute Supply Chain strategies for Canada working with Category Managers and as a Category Manager for specific assigned materials and/or services.
- Work effectively cross-functionally to execute strategies to deliver against Material Cost Take Out Cash Flow Quality and Delivery goals.
- Manage the supply chain to assure world class delivery for project sites.
- Identify high risk suppliers and implement actions to mitigate risks.
- Manage Sourcing activities for assigned commodities including negotiating agreements quoting establishing terms & conditions and site support for large project execution.
- Work effectively with business leaders bid / proposal estimators project managers buyers and site materials personnel to achieve business objectives.
- Understand indices that drive pricing across industries and be able to forecast changes.
- Drive project identification resource allocation and execution in Commodities.
- Leverage key supplier relationships to resolve major supply issues at all sites.
- Introduce supplier innovation whenever possible to improve BrandSafways costs and project execution.
- Serve as a liaison between Supply Chain other business functions and suppliers to ensure team and suppliers are effectively supporting programs and projects.
- Effectively drive consensus decision making in a matrix environment.
- Uses personal influence skills rather than position power to persuade others and gain support.
- Analyze key spend data utilizing a variety of sources to identify trends investigate and identify alternative sourcing options.
- Consolidating the supply base to maximize economies of scale and allow for more seamless integration of remaining suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering Sourcing Supply Chain Management or Technical related degree or 3 years equivalent experience.
- 3 years work experience in sourcing procurement heavy industrial service functions or equivalent.
- SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) designation is considered a strong asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools for data analysis and communication.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to aggregate prioritize and leverage across multiple sites and regions.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management in all functional areas.
- Demonstrated team player with a strong initiative to win.
- High Energy / Aggressive self-starter.
- Demonstrated professional oral/written communication and influencing skills
