As our Senior Practitioner - Youth Services youll be at the heart of creating change. From working one-on-one with young people and their families to shaping the way we support our community your days will be meaningful and rewarding.
Heres a glimpse of what youll do:
- Guide and support young people and their families using trauma-informed culturally safe practices.
- Lead and inspire team members providing supervision mentoring and casework consultancy.
- Foster connection through community outreach and engagement programs.
- Collaborate and innovate to deliver services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
