Loma Linda Faculty Medical Group is seeking a passionate Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) subspecialist to join our esteemed Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a dynamic academic environment committed to excellence in patient care education and research. The MFM Division at LLU provide primarily consultation services for faculty and community practices in the Inland Empire Region and total care for small pool of extremely high-risk patients. There are specialty clinics dedicated to placenta accreta spectrum and insulin pump management. The MFM Division is currently developing a new fellowship program to support future expansion plans. The new applicant will join a team of 5 full-time MFMs who are academically active engaging in resident/fellows teaching and clinical research. Ideal candidates should have interest in developing unique specialty programs and assist in fellowship development. Delivery and L&D coverage are optional.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range for starting base compensation only which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience and/or faculty rank is expected to be $420000- $500000. Variable compensation above base is paid semi-annually for additional productivity above benchmark. More information on compensation is discussed with the department during the recruitment process.
