What Youll Do:
- Retrieve sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing U.S. and interoffice mail.
- Maintain the postage machine order supplies and call for maintenance as needed.
- Greet and identify needs of visitors and provide exceptional guest service when interacting with families visitors and staff.
- Answer a multi-line telephone and route the calls as appropriate.
- Monitor the security system on assigned doors and the weather radio and make necessary alert calls. Assist with emergency procedures as needed.
- Receive and process organizational faxes coming into the ChildServe Center fax machine and coordinate petty cash.
- Assist the ChildServe merchandise store by working with vendors and staff in receiving and distributing purchased merchandise.
- HS Diploma Associate of Arts or Business Administration degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in reading writing and speaking the English language.
