We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients handling inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our services rates and policies
- Assist customers with booking rescheduling and cancelling rides
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Availability to work full-time 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
