As a Service Advisor youll be the bridge between our customers and our technicians helping solve problems providing expert advice and keeping things running smoothly.
What Youll Do
- Welcome Customers: Greet customers promptly and professionally setting the tone for an exceptional service experience.
- Assess and Advise: Listen to customer concerns assess their needs and provide accurate information about services and repairs.
- Estimate and Explain: Prepare clear detailed service estimates and explain them in a way anyone can understand.
- Upsell Like a Pro: Highlight additional services and products to enhance the customers vehicle performance and safety.
- Coordinate Service: Work closely with our technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Keep Records: Maintain accurate organized records of customer interactions service orders and transactions.
- Follow Up: Check in with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Stay in the Know: Keep up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and repair processes to offer informed recommendations.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Automotive dealership experience is a big plus.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of successful upselling.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive repair experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills you can explain technical info clearly and confidently.
- Solid organizational skills with an eagle eye for detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
